By the Numbers: Ranking Pittsburgh’s Suburbs – Pittsburgh Magazine Screen Shot 2019-09-21 at 8.06.32 PM

Pittsburgh Magazine recently unveiled its overview of regional communities, ranking them in three categories based on average home cost: Affluent (over $250K), Affordable (under $100K), and Traditional (everything in between). 

Ohio Township topped the list when it came to the housing market, while Edgewood won for best affluent community. Mount Lebanon received the highest ratings when it came to a sense of community, while Chartiers Valley was listed as the best school district (based on SAT scores, full-day Kindergarten, and rigorous course offerings).
