Treesdale might be most famous for its Arnold Palmer designed golf course, but it also boasts a fabulous pool and county club amenities that make the neighborhood a year-round fun spot. Treesdale is a master planned community located in Gibsonia on 1,400 acres.

According to the community’s website, there are a number of home types to choose from, including five maintenance-free options. Treesdale is built around The Commons, where many activities are held—suitable for the whole family. The Commons is home to the swimming pool as well as tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Private parties are also held in this spot—and the community may attend organized activities from aerobic classes to children’s gymnastics, ballet classes, bridge groups, finance club, men’s basketball, scuba and swim lessons, and scout meetings.

There are also four soccer fields, a baseball field, walking paths, ice skating, exercise facilities, and picnic areas within the neighborhood.

Because Treesdale is part of both Adams Township and Pine Township, students attend either Mars School District or Pine-Richland School District.

We love the sense of community that’s built into Treesdale. Each event at The Commons allows neighbors to meet up and get to know each other. And while the tree-lined streets make the neighborhood seem far away from everything, it’s only a quick 25 minutes into downtown Pittsburgh.
